• 2-hour home consultation (over nap time), together we settle your bub for sleep, learning how to implement your chosen settling technique (ensuring this works well for bub and family).
• 14 days support Including daily email logs replied to within 24 hours, text messages between 8am-8pm and scheduled phone calls per week
• Age-appropriate digital resources 
• Post consultation email debrief providing sleep tips and guidance for the months ahead.
